Sachiko’s Japanese Curry
½ lb stew meat
2 onions
2 carrots
3 potatoes
½ can pealed tomatoes
1 tbsp oil
3 ½ c water
1 box curry sauce mix
Rice for 4 people
Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces
Heat oil and stir onions until brown – add meat and cook until browned.
Add cut veggies and stir until cooked.
Add tomatoes and water – cover and stew for 20 minutes.
Add curry sauce and mix well – stew another 10 minutes.
Serve with rice.
