Alban & Petra’s Pear Chocolate Pie
120 g dark chocolate
1 can pear in syrup
2 eggs
20 ml sour cream
20 ml milk
75 g sugar (optional)
1 puff pastry
Roll the pastry, melt the chocolate and spread on pastry.
Drain pears and slice but not all the way through – place in layer on chocolate.
Mix eggs, sour cream and milk until smooth and pour on pie.
Bake 200C for 40 minutes
