Hendrik’s Spaghetti alla Carbonara
500 g spaghetti
200 g bacon
125 g parmesan
4 egg yolk
2 garlic cloves
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Cut the bacon into short strips
Mix the yolk, parmesan, salt and pepper
Crush garlic and fry with bacon
Prepare pasta and save some hot water
Mix noodles, bacon, parmesan mix and a bit of noodle water – enjoy
