Thomas’ Quiche Lorraine

200 g bacon or lardons

3-4 eggs

200 ml fresh cream

200 ml milk

Salt & pepper

Pie pastry

Gruyere

 

Preheat oven to 350F

Beat eggs, cream & milk – season with salt and pepper.

Spread bacon on pie pastry – pour the mixture in the pie.

Top with scattered gruyere

Bake for 45-50 minutes
