Leoni’s Banana Bread

3-6 bananas

2 c flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp cinnamon

½ c white sugar

¾ c brown sugar

8 tbsp soft butter

2 tsp vanilla

½ c milk

Preheat oven to 325 F, grease loaf pan

Mix butter and sugars, beat in eggs, add mashed bananas, add vanilla and milk – beat well.

Mix flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Add to wet mixture and stir gently

Bake for 1 hour or until done

Add butter and syrup to slices and toast in oven – serve.
