Patric’s Käsespätzle

For 4 people:

500 g flour

5 eggs

1 tsp salt

250 ml water

Add all to a bowl and mix – heat salt water but do not boil – cut pieces of mixture with a knife into water. Remove noodles as they float and place in bowl.

250 ml cream

200 g cubed ham or bacon

Salt & pepper

Heat cream for sauce, add spices to taste, add bacon.

300 g emmenthaler or your favourite cheese

Place noodles on plate, top with cheese & sauce.
